In 1886, a mineral well was found in Whitesburg, TN.  This discovery kickstarted an era of tourism that put Whitesburg on the map as a thriving and popular village.  The Epsom Springs Hotel opened alongside the railroad to welcome vistors intent on restoration and healing. 

While the stately hotel was once an anchor in our village, time and neglect have taken their toll.  With the help of our community and partners, we are committed to restoring this historic building and converting it into a thriving community center for the town of Whitesburg.
